Kormart may use third-party services including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and AppsFlyer to help measure advertising performance, understand how users interact with Kormart, attribute app installations or activity to marketing channels, and improve our services.
Kormart may also use Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry for technical error and crash monitoring, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.
Kormart does not intentionally provide users' BVN or identity-verification information to advertising or analytics providers for marketing purposes.

You may request deletion of your Kormart account through the available account-deletion functionality or by contacting Kormart. Deletion may not result in the immediate deletion of all information where Kormart is legally required or otherwise permitted to retain certain records.
If you have an active Kormart Shield transaction, unresolved dispute, pending payout, refund, chargeback, investigation, or other matter requiring preservation of information, Kormart may delay or restrict deletion of relevant information until the matter has been resolved or the applicable retention obligation has expired.
